We* started Uncertain as a counter movement to a life of consulting businesses on strategic change**. 

After years and years in the advising-business the three of us came together under one core insight, certainty too often blocks identifying and solving the actual problem, and going for the real potential. We also shared the belief that (consultancy) life is too short not to spend on getting real problems solved that actually changes things for the better.

Strategic change management is what we do, being Uncertain is our philosophy, and listening without preconceptions is our most important tool.
